Charter

One trip, arranged once

Charter is the whole of INDD Air on demand: an aircraft, a crew and a ground plan for a single itinerary, held by one advisor from the first call to the last transfer. No membership, no deposit, no obligation after the wheels stop.

01

The call

You give the dates, the cities and the number of seats. Your advisor comes back with the aircraft type, the tail, the crew and the ground arrangement — not a menu of options to sort through yourself.

02

Short notice

Standard notice is four hours from Hong Kong and eight across the wider region. Overnight requests are worked by the operations desk, which is staffed continuously rather than on call.

03

The fields others decline

Short runways, curfewed airports, mountain approaches and unfamiliar customs regimes are ordinary work here. Crew are current on the fields we serve, not merely qualified on the aircraft.

04

On the ground

FBO, immigration, transport, catering and hangarage are held by the same desk that holds the trip file, so nothing is handed to a third party who then calls you to confirm what you already said.

05

Afterwards

The trip file closes with the trip. Manifests, movements and destinations are not used for marketing, not shared between clients, and not discussed — internally or otherwise.

Included as standard

One quoted figure, nothing unbundled.

Aircraft & crew

The named tail, the right crew

Two type-rated captains and cabin crew current on your route — not the cheapest lift that clears on the day.

Ground & handling

Held by one desk

FBO, slots, immigration, transport and hangarage arranged by the desk that holds your trip file, not passed to a third party.

Cabin & catering

Set to your file

Catering, seating and connectivity to your standing preferences, confirmed before departure rather than asked at the door.

Discretion

Nothing logged onward

No manifest shared, no movement kept for marketing, no mention of the trip once the file closes.

Before the first trip

Questions we are asked most.

How much notice do you need?

Four hours from Hong Kong and eight across the wider region. Overnight requests go to the operations desk, which is staffed continuously rather than on call.

How is a charter priced?

One quoted figure for the itinerary — aircraft, crew, fuel, handling and catering included. No hourly meter, and no fuel surcharge added after the fact.

Can I fly one-way?

Yes. You pay for the routing you fly; positioning the aircraft is ours to solve, not a line on your invoice.

Pets, children, particular catering?

Told once, held on file. From the second trip on, cabin, seating and catering are set to your standing preferences without asking again.

Who can book on my behalf?

Anyone you name, at the authority level you set. The desk acts on the first message rather than calling the principal to confirm.

“They flew a field two other operators had turned down. No fuss, no lecture — the aircraft was simply on the ground when we landed.”
— Chief of staff, private family
